10. The Ultimate Vision

Its ambition is to provide a common framework through which economists and policymakers can evaluate not simply how much wealth a country produces, but how effectively that wealth supports the people who live there.

It should encourage evidence-based policymaking, broader economic participation, more equitable ownership opportunities and sustainable improvements in human well-being.

The fundamental question behind the entire project is:
