Three things changed for me. Motion holds together — a person walking still has the same face and jacket at the end of the clip. Camera instructions land: ask for a slow push-in or a handheld pan and that's what you get. And image-to-video is genuinely useful, so I sketch or shoot a frame I like and let Wan 3.0 AI animate it.
